Results

I know it's been a long time since I've written and you all are dying for the results of Whitney Endoscopy.  Well, actually, I only know of three friends who have really cared about it.  They simply messaged me on the internet and I gladly told them (R. S. & E. thankyou :).  And that is the extent of my friendships.  I was delaying writing about it to see if anyone really cared to know anything about it... Owell!   But I remind myself that this blog is for my daughter and when I get it printed in a nice book and saved to an external hard drive...it will be deleted! Yeah I know it's really late and I might delete this post in the morning OR just add some pictures.

Basically the Results were all normal!  There is absolutely nothing wrong with Whitney's insides.  No allergies, no severe reflux damage, no nothing.  I am relieved I guess...the Dr. says just continue with the speach therapies...Well we've been doing THAT since she was born!  He'll see us in a month to do nothing but waste money....

I bought Whitney a new toy to play with at the hospital.  I just feel like she needed a nice new toy for being put through so much and for being so brave...just a little reward I guess.  The hospital had a really nice play room with tons of cool toys.  We waited for over and hour for them to be ready for us so we took her to the play room.

Today was super busy....Speach therapy, cardiologist/echo, and a weight check (15lbs 13oz).  I kept Whitney on a slow drip of formula all day so that she wouldn't starve. My mom and family are on vacation so I went solo!

Whitney came home the same day as the procedure...only stayed there for about 6 hours.  "I'm so glad when Daddy comes home! Glad as I can be!"

  1. Oh Alicia! I love you! I know I am afraid of bugging you, I love your blog because I can follow your little family without being annoying to you! :)

I am so glad to hear the results! That is so GREAT! Whitney is so darn cute! I love all the pictures you post of her. I have been wanting to come over and visit, but don't want to over step my bounds.

Sounds like you need to get out for a bit! I will text you a little later, but would you like to do lunch next Monday?... my treat!:)

  5. I do actually care. But since we're not close I just keep eyes on the blog. Since my folks have had cancer 4 times between the two of them I know how overwhelming it can be to have to update a long list of people. I figure you're a busy mom and you'll update the blog when you get the chance and I can just be patient.

I'm really, really glad that Whitney is okay. She's absolutely beautiful.

  6. I care. I read your blog every time you update. I love seeing little Whitney and how big she is getting. I don't comment since we're not super close and I don't want you to think I'm a stalker. I will defiantly comment more now that I know you would love to read them no matter who they are from. I'm glad she is doing well and you guys make the cutest little family!!
